Exempts tampons, sanitary napkins, menstrual sponges, menstrual cups, and similar feminine hygiene items from transaction privilege tax through December 31, 2030.

Exempts disposable diapers and other similar disposable items commonly used for incontinence from transaction privilege tax through December 31, 2030.

Applies to taxable periods beginning on or after the first day of the month following the general effective date of the act.

Amends sections 42-5061 and 42-5159 of Arizona Revised Statutes to add these product categories to retail classification and use tax exemption lists respectively.
