Requires each public school to post on its website a current and accurate list of all learning materials and activities in use or being considered for use, with details including title, author, publisher, and copyright date.

Schools must make the list easily accessible in three or fewer clicks without requiring public login, and must post material information for at least 60 days before purchasing, approving, or selecting any learning material or activity.

Allows members of the public to submit comments on proposed learning materials and activities to the school district governing board or charter school governing body during the 60-day posting period.

Requires school districts to submit learning material information to individual schools within 24 hours, which must then post it on their websites for public review and comment.

Amends existing textbook approval procedures in sections 15-721 and 15-722 to align with new public posting and comment requirements for all learning materials and activities.
