AZ HB2545

Adds section 36-2854.02 to Arizona Revised Statutes governing social equity ownership licenses for marijuana businesses.

Prohibits licensees holding a social equity ownership license from transferring the license within the first 10 years of issuance.

Allows transfer of the license after the initial 10-year period only to individuals who would have qualified for an initial license under department rules.

Requires an affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature for this section to become effective, pursuant to Arizona Constitution article IV, part 1, section 1.
