Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1204 regarding the Special Education Voucher Fund for State Institutional Placement.

Adds new calculation method for voucher amounts for students enrolled in campus-based programs at Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind, including $450.76 for preschool, $514.63 for kindergarten through grade 8, and $590.86 for grades 9-12 for capital outlay costs, plus $5.23 per route mile for transportation.

Includes additional amount for textbooks and materials for grades 9-12 students at Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind, calculated as student count multiplied by $69.68.

Requires capital outlay and transportation amounts to increase annually beginning in fiscal year 2022-2023 by the growth rate prescribed by law, subject to appropriation.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, changing "upon" to "on" and modernizing dollar amount formatting throughout the section.
