Prohibits pharmacy benefit managers, health insurers, and third-party payors from requiring clinician-administered drugs to be dispensed by a pharmacy or affiliated provider as a condition of coverage.

Prevents limiting or excluding coverage for clinician-administered drugs administered in non-pharmacy settings (such as prescriber's offices or hospital outpatient infusion centers) if the drug is otherwise covered under the health benefits plan.

Prohibits imposing greater cost sharing or different benefit tiers for prescription drugs based on whether they are dispensed at a pharmacy versus administered in clinical settings like prescriber offices or hospital outpatient infusion centers.

Does not authorize administering drugs prohibited under state or federal law, nor does it modify existing state requirements for drug administration, delegation, or supervision.

Applies to contracts entered into, amended, extended, or renewed on or after the effective date of the act.
