• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 37-1302 to modify the state forester's powers and duties regarding forest management and wildfire response.

• Adds requirement that the state forester obtain and maintain a copy of any delegation of authority agreement with the United States relating to wildfire prevention, mitigation, and suppression activities.

• Expands the state forester's authority to perform management and administrative functions delegated by the federal government to include wildfire prevention, mitigation, and suppression activities, in addition to existing forestry-related functions.
