Establishes the driving under the influence data collection study committee consisting of 13 members representing law enforcement, prosecutors, courts, and DUI awareness advocates.

Committee shall gather information on current DUI-related data collection processes among law enforcement agencies, crime labs, prosecutorial offices, and courts in Arizona.

Committee shall recommend data collection processes and systems with necessary funding to centralize DUI-related data reporting to guide development of policies for enforcing DUI laws and educating the public.

Committee must submit a report on its activities and recommendations for administrative or legislative action to the governor, president of the senate, and speaker of the house by December 16, 2022.

The committee is repealed on September 30, 2023.
