Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 26-105 to authorize the Department of Emergency and Military Affairs to use up to $250,000 annually from the border security fund for administering the fund and related operations.

Permits the department to hire additional full-time equivalent positions using the $250,000 annual appropriation to carry out border security fund administration.

Maintains existing uses of the border security fund including human trafficking prevention, border security infrastructure, plant clearing, fence construction/maintenance, and grants to counties for housing and prosecution of border-related crimes.

Requires the Department of Emergency and Military Affairs to consult with relevant state agencies (Department of Public Safety, Transportation, Forestry and Fire Management, and Administration) before spending fund monies for specified purposes.

Enacted as an emergency measure effective immediately upon the Governor's approval on April 25, 2022.
