Amends section 21-222 to reduce the threshold for juror compensation from five days to two days of service in superior court.

Jurors serving more than two days in superior court become eligible for earnings replacement or supplementation of $40 to $300 per day, limited to the difference between jury fees and actual earnings.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the state general fund in each fiscal year from 2022-2023 through 2025-2026 to the Arizona lengthy trial and digital evidence fund.

Fund monies shall prioritize juror earnings replacement, with remaining funds available for digital evidence management and display at trials.

Unemployed jurors are eligible for $40 per day regardless of income from spousal maintenance, pensions, retirement, unemployment compensation, or disability benefits.
