Amends Laws 2019, chapter 123, section 1 to extend the authorization for a Frances Willard Munds Arizona Women Suffrage memorial in Wesley Bolin Plaza.

Memorial commemorates Frances Willard Munds, leader of the Arizona Equal Suffrage Association, and is subject to procedures in Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1363.

Prohibits use of public monies for memorial costs; all fundraising and artistic design/construction remain the sole responsibility of proponents.

State may not facilitate fundraising or establish a state fund for memorial donations.

Extends the repeal date of this authorization from September 30, 2022 to September 30, 2025.
