Amends section 36-2903.04 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding eligibility determinations for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS).

Requires automatic annual renewal of eligibility for individuals who qualify as prior wards of the state without requiring additional information from the person until age 26, subject to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approval.

Allows individuals to notify the administration if they have moved out of state or may qualify for a different eligibility category to trigger a redetermination.

Mandates automatic transfer of individuals back to prior ward status without disruption in medical coverage if their eligibility in a different category ends.

Permits the administration to use reliable information available to the agency, including electronic data matching, to determine residency status during the eligibility period.
