Allows candidates for statewide or legislative office to submit nomination petition signatures from multiple counties on the same petition without separating by county or penalty.

Removes requirement for statewide and legislative candidates to state the county of residence of qualified electors who sign their nomination petitions.

Applies to both partisan nomination petitions under section 16-314 and nonpartisan nomination petitions under section 16-341.

Maintains all other existing nomination petition requirements, including signature deadlines (120-150 days before primary election) and number of required signatures.
