Amends A.R.S. sections 25-403 and 25-405 regarding legal decision-making and parenting time determinations in custody cases.

Children at least 14 years of age have the right to select the parent of their choice regarding custody and parenting time, with the child's selection presumptive unless the court determines it is not in the child's best interest.

For children under 14 years of age but of suitable age and maturity, courts must strongly consider the child's wishes regarding custody and parenting time unless determined not in the child's best interest.

Requires courts to interview children in chambers upon the child's request to ascertain the child's wishes regarding custodian and parenting time.
