Reduces the minimum signature requirement for nomination petitions for mayor or other city at-large offices from 5% to 2% of the designated party vote in the city.

Reduces the maximum signature requirement for nomination petitions for mayor or other city at-large offices from 10% to 5% of the designated party vote in the city.

Applies the same 2% minimum and 5% maximum signature reductions to nonpartisan city elections, with alternative thresholds of 1,000 signatures or 2% of the city vote (whichever is less).

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-322 regarding the number of signatures required on nomination petitions.
