Prohibits business entities and their third-party vendors from selling goods in Arizona or to Arizona citizens if those goods were manufactured using forced labor or slave labor.

Requires corporate officers or agents to sign and file an annual attestation under penalty of perjury with the Arizona attorney general between January 1-31 each year confirming goods are not produced by forced or slave labor.

Applies only to business entities and third-party vendors that have gross receipts of at least $25,000,000 and either sell products online or at physical locations.

Requires applicability to entities that import products or product parts from other countries or enter into labor contracts or employ persons outside the United States.
