• Authorizes farm wineries to produce wine under alternating proprietorship arrangements and references wine produced under section 4-243.03 in sampling and sales provisions.

• Modifies microbrewery regulations allowing persons with control of multiple microbreweries to conduct retail operations remotely from a microbrewery.

• Eliminates 300-foot distance restriction from churches for liquor retail licenses (maintains restrictions for schools and recreational areas) and removes rulemaking requirements for the liquor licensing department for one year.
