Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-1461 to expand the definition of "employer" for sexual harassment claims to include any person with one or more employees in the current or preceding calendar year, removing the previous 15-employee threshold for such claims.

Expands "employer" definition to cover persons who discriminated against anyone for opposing sexual harassment or participating in sexual harassment investigations, proceedings, or hearings.

Maintains the original 15-employee threshold for other employment discrimination claims under the statute, creating a lower bar specifically for sexual harassment allegations.

Effective April 22, 2022.
