Appropriates an unspecified amount from the state general fund to the Department of Education in fiscal year 2022-2023 for insurance premium subsidies for teachers' dependents.

Department of Education shall distribute funds to school districts and charter schools to partially subsidize increased health and dental insurance premiums for teachers' dependents during the 2022-2023 school year.

Funding allocation must be completed by December 1, 2022, with amounts distributed based on the number of teachers at each school district or charter school.

Eligible teachers must have taught at an Arizona school district or charter school during the 2021-2022 school year and continue teaching during the 2022-2023 school year.

School districts and charter schools may only use allocated funds to subsidize insurance premiums for dependents of eligible teachers.
