Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 13-4434 to strengthen victim privacy protections in criminal proceedings by requiring law enforcement and prosecution agencies to redact identifying and locating information from case records and discovery materials provided to defendants and their attorneys.

Establishes exceptions to redaction requirements for: victim's name (with limited exception for minors), records transmitted between law enforcement/prosecution/courts, records with victim consent, general crime location, and victim's address if it appears in body-worn camera footage and defendant knows the address through a domestic relationship.

Allows courts to order disclosure of victim identifying and locating information if necessary to protect defendant's constitutional rights or if redaction would cause undue burden or expense, provided the victim is notified and given a hearing.

Restricts defendant's attorney from disclosing victim information to anyone except the attorney's staff and a designated investigator; prohibits disclosure to the defendant without specific court authorization.

Defines "identifying information" as date of birth, social security number, and driver license or government-issued ID number, and "locating information" as address, telephone number, email address, and place of employment.
