Repeals section 41-3022.13, Arizona Revised Statutes, and adds new section 41-3030.13 to Title 41, Chapter 27, Article 2.

Establishes that the office of tourism terminates on July 1, 2030, with Title 41, Chapter 19 and the termination provision repealed on January 1, 2031.

Continues the office of tourism to promote and develop tourism business, create advertising and publicity campaigns about Arizona's recreational, scenic, and historical attractions, and disseminate information through state, national, and international media.

Applies retroactively to July 1, 2022.
