Amends section 36-2856, Arizona Revised Statutes, regarding distribution of monies from the Smart and Safe Arizona Fund for adult use marijuana.

Adds the Department of Public Safety to the agencies receiving funding distributions from the Smart and Safe Arizona Fund, increasing their proportional share to 31.4 percent for personnel costs.

Changes the Justice Reinvestment Fund allocation from 10 percent to remain at 10 percent (clarifying language).

Requires an affirmative vote of at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature for this amendment to become effective, pursuant to Arizona Constitution article IV, part 1, section 1.
