Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 38-431.02 regarding public meeting notice requirements and executive sessions.

Requires executive session notices to state the specific provision of law authorizing the session and, for legal advice, must include the specific provision of section 38-431.03 that the legal advice pertains to.

Clarifies that executive session agendas must provide more than just recitation of statutory provisions authorizing the session, but need not contain information that would defeat the purpose of the session or compromise privacy or attorney-client privilege.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language including changing "twenty-four hour" to "twenty-four-hour," "the use of" to "using," "utilized" to "used," and other minor grammar updates.
