Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 12-1178 to require writs of restitution in eviction cases not be enforced until at least 7 calendar days after the writ is issued, replacing previous language requiring enforcement "as promptly and expeditiously as possible."

Requires courts to give defendants found guilty of forcible entry and detainer or forcible detainer notice that remaining in or returning to the property after being lawfully served with a writ of restitution constitutes criminal trespass in the third degree.

Appropriates $290,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2022-2023 to the Department of Economic Security for rental assistance.

Requires the Department of Economic Security to allocate at least $10,000,000 of the rental assistance funds to persons who are at least 65 years of age.

Exempts the appropriation from standard lapsing provisions under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190.
