Requires each applicant for an initial pharmacist or pharmacy intern license to apply for a fingerprint clearance card pursuant to section 41-1758.03, with the valid card to be submitted with the application.

Allows applicants denied a fingerprint clearance card to request board consideration of their application anyway, with the board having discretion to approve if criminal history alone does not disqualify them from licensure.

Requires each licensee to possess a valid fingerprint clearance card upon license renewal, with the same discretionary approval process available for those denied a card.

Renumbers existing board duties and powers in section 32-1904 to accommodate the new fingerprint clearance requirements.
