Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-342 to expand school district governing board authority regarding housing facilities.

Removes the restriction limiting housing facilities to rural districts and allows school districts to construct or provide housing facilities for any purpose, not solely for teachers and other school employees.

Permits school district governing boards to enter into lease or lease-purchase agreements for housing facilities without requiring approval from school district electors, notwithstanding existing election requirements.

Allows school districts to construct buildings for housing purposes on leased property without voter approval, providing an alternative to traditional voter authorization processes for capital projects.
