Requires students in concurrent coursework to earn a grade of C or higher in the community college or university course to be included in average daily membership calculations.

Increases the maximum average daily membership cap for full-time high school students taking concurrent enrollment courses from 1.0 to 1.25.

Specifies that each community college or university course earning three credits with a grade of C or higher generates one-eighth of an average daily membership.

Maintains existing requirements that students earn at least three semester hours per semester, receive school district/charter school academic credit, and attend at least one course at their home school per semester.

Clarifies that concurrent coursework must be from community college or university programs that are transferable to universities under the Arizona Board of Regents, or from occupational programs that may be transferable.
