Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3602 regarding orders of protection in domestic violence cases.

Prohibits a hearing on a defendant's request to modify or quash an order of protection if the defendant is currently charged with crimes including assault, aggravated assault, aggravated domestic violence, endangerment, or criminal threatening, and the plaintiff is a victim in that criminal case.

Maintains all other provisions of the order of protection statute including issuance procedures, service requirements, enforcement mechanisms, and victim protections.

Applies the hearing restriction only to defendants restrained by orders of protection who seek to challenge those orders while facing specified criminal charges.
