Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3006 to make a technical correction to the statute regarding divulging communication service information.

Changes references from "communications service provider" to "communication service provider" (removing the "s") for consistency in statutory language.

Maintains the class 6 felony classification for persons who intentionally and without lawful authority obtain knowledge of wire or electronic communication contents through connivance with a service provider.

Preserves the felony classification for service providers or their officers/employees who intentionally divulge the contents or nature of wire or electronic communications without proper authorization or exemptions.
