Establishes a career technical education statewide articulation agreement between the superintendent of public instruction and community college districts to provide credit transfer between secondary and postsecondary education programs.

Requires secondary students to meet high school graduation requirements and complete a sequence of courses for at least one career technical education district program to receive articulated credit.

Creates an active career technical education statewide articulation steering committee composed of the superintendent of public instruction, community college districts, and career technical education districts to maintain and promote the articulation program.

Defines "community college district" as a district as defined in section 15-1401 of Arizona Revised Statutes.
