Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 17-333 to establish a fee exemption for enrolled members of federally recognized Indian tribes located wholly or partially in Arizona.

Exempt tribal members are relieved from paying fees for licenses, permits, tags, stamps, and application fees prescribed by the Game and Fish Commission.

Maintains existing fee reduction and complimentary license provisions for pioneers (age 70+), disabled veterans (100% service-connected disability), other veterans with service-connected disabilities, and youth eagle scouts or gold award recipients.

Preserves requirement that all monies collected from licenses and fees be deposited into the game and fish fund established by Section 17-261.

Continues requirement for annual reporting to legislative committees regarding license classifications, fees, and other commission-prescribed fees.
