Urges the United States Department of the Interior to investigate all 51 former and current Indian boarding schools located in Arizona.

Requests the Department use ground penetrating radar to search for unmarked graves at these schools and return any discovered remains to families or tribes for repatriation and burial.

Acknowledges that between 1869 and the 1960s, hundreds of thousands of Native American children were forcibly removed from homes and placed in boarding schools where they suffered physical, sexual, cultural and spiritual abuse.

Notes that Arizona had the second highest number of Indian boarding schools of any state in the nation, with 51 of the total 367 boarding schools in the United States.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of this memorial to the Secretary of the United States Department of the Interior.
