Expresses Arizona Legislature support for H.R. 5360 ("Freedom from Mandates Act"), federal legislation that would prohibit COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

Would nullify federal executive orders requiring COVID-19 vaccination for federal employees and contractors.

Prohibits the U.S. Secretary of Labor from issuing rules requiring employers to mandate COVID-19 vaccines or testing for unvaccinated employees.

Prohibits the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services from requiring healthcare providers to mandate COVID-19 vaccination or testing of unvaccinated employees as a condition of Medicare or Medicaid program participation.

Affirms the right of individuals to choose to remain unvaccinated against COVID-19.
