AZ HCR2007

Proposes amendment to Article IV, Part 2, Section 23 of the Arizona Constitution regarding public officers' use of transportation passes and purchases.

Clarifies that public officers cannot accept or use passes or purchase transportation except as available to the general public, removing outdated language referencing "railroad or other corporation."

Maintains existing exemption for members of the National Guard of Arizona traveling under orders.

Directs the legislature to enact laws to enforce this constitutional provision.

Submits the proposition to voters at the next general election if approved by both the House and Senate.
