Expresses Arizona Legislature's support for Congressional passage of the bipartisan "Good Samaritan Remediation of Abandoned Hardrock Mines Act"

Acknowledges that the United States has more than 140,000 abandoned hardrock mines, with over 22,000 posing environmental hazards to land, water, fish, wildlife, and communities

Allows state agencies, local governments, nonprofit groups, and corporations to remediate abandoned mines without exposure to legal liability for preexisting pollution from those mines

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit copies of the resolution to the President of the U.S. Senate, Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives, and each Member of Congress from Arizona
