Opposes President Biden's 30x30 program (Executive Order 14008, Section 216) which aims to conserve at least 30 percent of U.S. lands and waters by 2030.

Expresses concern that the 30x30 program will harm Arizona's local tax base and economy, disproportionately impacting western states' businesses, schools, and citizens dependent on federal land use and natural resource extraction.

Opposes designation of public lands, national forests, and private lands in Arizona as wilderness areas, wildlife preserves, or other conservation areas under the 30x30 program.

Supports Congressional enactment of the 30x30 Termination Act or similar legislation to block the program.

Supports multiple-use and sustained-yield management of public lands that recognizes the nation's need for domestic mineral, energy, timber, and food sources, and requires federal coordination with state land use plans.
