Honors Allister Adel DeNitto, who passed away on April 30, 2022, at age 45 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Recognizes her as the first woman appointed and elected to serve as Maricopa County Attorney in Arizona history, a position she held as her "dream job" beginning in October 2019.

Acknowledges her distinguished legal career as an award-winning felony prosecutor at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, general counsel for the Arizona Department of Child Safety, and executive director of the Maricopa County Bar Association.

Highlights her community service as a Rotarian who fought human trafficking, including raising funds and establishing a fellowship area and butterfly garden at Starfish Place for trafficking survivors.

Extends the House of Representatives' sincere sympathies and condolences to her surviving husband David, two sons, and father John.
