Expresses support for federal legislation (H.R. 5810) to transfer unused federally owned materials to Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas for border wall construction.

Requests that the U.S. Army and Department of Homeland Security transfer materials originally procured for border wall construction that remain unused and are deteriorating in the desert.

Notes that materials including steel, light poles, and rebar have been delivered to the southern border and are rusting while incurring maintenance and security costs.

States that 455 miles of barriers were completed during the Trump administration but many sections remain unfinished and could utilize the available materials.
