Resolution honoring Robert "Bob" Stephen Lynch, who passed away on August 29, 2021 at age 82.

Lynch was a water and water rights lawyer with nearly six decades of practice, credited with shaping Western water and hydropower policies over four decades.

Lynch held degrees including a Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona and a Master of Laws in natural resources law from George Washington University.

Lynch served on the Advisory Committee of the American Public Power Association, received the 2003 Kramer-Preston Personal Service Award, and served as President and Chairman of the Central Arizona Project Association.

House of Representatives expresses condolences to Lynch's surviving family, including his wife Anne of 52 years, three daughters, two sons-in-law, and four grandchildren.
