Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 17-298.01 regarding the Arizona Game and Fish Commission Heritage Fund.

Removes the word "succeeding" and replaces "chairmen" with "chairpersons" in the statute describing decennial performance audits.

Requires the Auditor General to conduct a performance audit of the Heritage Fund programs and expenditures every ten years, beginning in 2001.

Mandates the Auditor General submit audit copies to the Senate President, House Speaker, and the Senate and House committees on natural resources and agriculture.
