Applies to professional sports teams in major leagues (MLB, NBA, NHL, NFL, MLS, WNBA) organized in Arizona, motorsports racing events sanctioned by NASCAR or IndyCar, and Professional Golf Association events.

Defines "sporting event" to include preseason, regular season, and postseason games for professional teams, motorsports racing events, and PGA events.

Requires governmental entities to strictly adhere to agreement provisions and national anthem requirements when contracting with professional sports teams.
