Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-442 to require the committee overseeing election equipment certification to conduct detailed security reviews of election equipment in counties with populations exceeding 500,000 persons beginning in 2022 and every two years thereafter.

Mandates that detailed security reviews focus on actual equipment, software, and other systems used in the most recent general election and be conducted by an expert in election equipment security.

Requires the completed security review to be presented to the standing legislative committees with jurisdiction over election issues at a public meeting held no later than August 1 following the general election.

Specifies that a written report on the detailed security review must be provided to the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives, and the secretary of state.
