Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 27-524 regarding enforcement of oil and gas production and conservation laws.

Removes reference to "regulation" in provisions relating to rules and orders made pursuant to the article, retaining only "rule" and "order."

Corrects grammatical language throughout the section, including changing "Upon" to "on" and "of" to "in" in relevant passages.

Maintains existing provisions allowing the commissioner to obtain injunctions without bond and allowing private parties to bring enforcement actions if the commissioner fails to act within ten days of written notice.
