Adds medically necessary chiropractic services as a covered health service under AHCCCS, provided the services are performed by a licensed chiropractor and ordered by a primary care physician or practitioner.

Allows initial authorization of up to 20 chiropractic visits annually, with additional visits available if medically necessary and requested in the same year.

Prohibits use of hospital assessment fund monies to pay for the newly authorized chiropractic services.

Requires AHCCCS administration to establish qualifying conditions, provider qualifications, and report on utilization and cost savings by January 21, 2027.

Repeals the chiropractic services authorization effective June 30, 2027, making this a temporary four-year program subject to review.
