Amends Arizona law to eliminate recording and filing fees for restitution liens filed pursuant to section 13-806, effective immediately upon passage.

Exempts county recorders from charging fees for performing duties related to recording or releasing restitution liens or any lien necessary to enforce a support order.

Makes technical corrections to sections 11-480 and 13-806 regarding formatting requirements and restitution lien procedures, including clarification that filing fees are not required for restitution liens.

Approved by the Governor on March 18, 2022 and filed with the Secretary of State on the same date.
