Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-625 to require the officer in charge of elections to protect electronic data and digital images of ballots from physical and electronic alteration and destruction, unauthorized copying, and transfer.

Mandates that security measures for electronic ballots be at least as protective as those for paper ballots.

Requires making digital ballot images publicly available online after polls close in a searchable format by precinct while preventing alteration of the images.

Designates digital ballot images as public records.

Exempts special taxing districts formed under Title 48 for agricultural protection or services from the public availability requirement.
