Exempts active military members, veterans with honorable discharge, and current or retired peace officers in Arizona from paying initial and renewal fees for concealed weapons permits.

Requires the Department of Public Safety to expedite permit applications for active military members, veterans with honorable discharge, and current or retired peace officers.

Allows active military members permanently stationed in Arizona to reside in another state and still qualify for the fee exemption.

Makes technical corrections to existing concealed weapons permit statute language regarding application receipt and processing procedures.
