Department of Transportation shall develop a zero emission vehicle plan in coordination with the Department of Environmental Quality and Department of Administration.

Plan must aim to increase registered zero emission vehicles in Arizona, establish interstate and intrastate zero emission vehicle corridors, and coordinate installation of zero emission vehicle infrastructure.

Department of Transportation must submit draft plan to governor, president of senate, and speaker of house within six months of the bill's effective date.

Defines "zero emission vehicle" as a vehicle that does not emit exhaust gas or other pollutants from its onboard source of power.
