Amends Arizona Revised Statutes § 41-179 to modify the AZ529 advisory committee composition and duties.

State Treasurer appoints the advisory committee to promote awareness of Arizona's education savings plan (AZ529), with emphasis on reaching economically disadvantaged, minority, and underrepresented student populations.

Committee membership includes: State Treasurer (chair), two community college representatives, one university regent representative, one accredited private institution representative, one private vocational training representative, one private K-12 school representative, one classroom teacher, one federally recognized Indian tribe representative, one apprenticeship program representative, and three public members (at least one from a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Arizona).

Committee must meet at least quarterly and provide recommendations to the State Treasurer regarding promotional and informational activities for AZ529.

Committee members receive no compensation or reimbursement of expenses; State Treasurer's office provides staff support.
