Repeals existing section 41-1306 and establishes a new section 41-1306 stating the director of the Arizona legislative council shall direct and manage the state capitol museum.

Transfers section 41-151.24 (museum gift shop revolving fund) to title 41, chapter 8, article 1 and renumbers it as section 41-1307, with the director of the Arizona legislative council administering the fund.

Transfers all authority, powers, duties and responsibilities for the state capitol museum from the secretary of state to the Arizona legislative council, effective immediately.

Transfers all personnel, equipment, records, contracts, permits and unexpended appropriations related to the state capitol museum from the secretary of state to the Arizona legislative council.

Repeals sections 27 and 44 of Laws 2021, chapter 405, and declares the act an emergency measure operative immediately.
