Amends Laws 2021, chapter 406, section 33 to modify highway construction appropriations for fiscal year 2020-2021 from the state general fund to the Department of Transportation.

Changes project 17 from "Main Street" to "center avenue" in Jerome with an appropriation of $560,000.

Appropriates funds for 22 highway projects across Arizona totaling approximately $171 million, including repaving, construction, repairs, and studies on various state routes and local roads.

Exempts these appropriations from review by the joint committee on capital review and allows funds to remain available until the project is completed, abandoned, or a full fiscal year passes without expenditure or encumbrance.
